Many adults decide against Triathlon starts in later years with the swimming swim training with very little experience. No one wants to be ridiculous, if you begin to train, therefore having little experience, to integrate the following tips for a sport and avoid, looked like a novice swimmer.
1. Never turn in a grief: no legitimate swimmer would ever workout at a jammer. The only acceptable suits are pulling a short or a suit to wear during exercise. Women should wear a piece of tight-fitting training suit.
2. Don't wear foam goggles: old school foam goggles cry beginners. Only Swedish goggles or the new composite glasses with polycarbonate are acceptable. When Swedish glasses hurt your eye socket anyone should feel the polycarbonate glasses (I prefer eye glasses). Give a few days, your eye sockets fit and look like a pro.
3. Equipment use (right): Kickboards, pull, buoys, paddles, fins, snorkels are to take advantage of all the great learning tools to improve speed or an area of weakness, strength. There are hundreds of videos on YouTube shows you how to use the equipment properly. If you decide to use your own the devices to buy and keep them in a bag swim.
4. District swimming: many inexperienced swimmers either right in the middle of the lane swimming or share the track during training. Always circle swimming, if you have the track. Circle swimming means that you are always on the right side of the lane.
5. Don't static stretching: static stretching is the stretching of a muscle and hold it for a specified period of time. Static stretching should never be carried out before a workout; It has been proven to reduce performance. If you want to win flexibility do some dynamic warm-up exercises before a workout and static stretching after your workout is over.
These tips may seem a bit weird, but I wish that someone had given me similar tips for the first time I went for a training ride or sprints on a track ran. Just follow these simple tips and soon you will not be faking it.
